**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
This Maintenance Technician role supports production operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and improving highly automated food manufacturing and packaging equipment. You will split your time between mechanical and electrical work, resolving issues ranging from simple adjustments to complete machine tear-downs, with a strong focus on automated and PLC-controlled systems.

**Responsibilities**

+ Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment in a food manufacturing environment.
+ Troubleshoot and repair components such as photo-eyes, sensors, gears, motor boxes, variable frequency drives (VFDs), servo drives, pumps, valves, and motors.
+ Use HMI touch screens and Allen-Bradley PLC-controlled systems to identify and resolve equipment problems.
+ Perform approximately 50% mechanical repairs and 50% electrical repairs on a daily basis.
