Job Description
The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for maintaining the reliability, safety, and performance of manufacturing equipment and facility systems to support uninterrupted production operations. This hands-on role performs preventative and predictive maintenance, diagnoses and repairs mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls-related issues, and responds quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime. The technician will troubleshoot complex machine failures using schematics, technical manuals, PLC controls, diagnostic tools, and root cause analysis techniques, while also completing mechanical rebuilds and assisting with the installation and startup of new equipment.
