The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing support to production, ensuring equipment reliability and operational continuity. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement through standardized maintenance and lean practices.

This position reports to the Manager, Manufacturing Engineer and is part of the Manufacturing Department located in Grens and will be an on‑site role.

What You’ll Do

• Curative and preventive maintenance
• Manage CMMS for the Manufacturing team (new equipment, maintenance plan, related documentation and spares)
• Installation of new equipment and layout modification
• Handling issues related to environmental health & safety; ensuring compliance with all standards
• Application of LEAN manufacturing using Danaher tools
• Continuous improvement of safety, quality, delivery and productivity
• Work in a 2x8 shift
