Summary `

Job Description:

Handyman work with experience with the trades (carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, heating / cooling, ventilation, roofing)

Inspect buildings, sites and equipment for needed repair / maintenance.

Ability to utilize a computerized maintenance management system that can produce and track work orders, preventative maintenance and track facility assets.

Respond to emergency maintenance requests. Troubleshoot issues to determine cause and solution.

Maintain accurate records of work using a computer-based ticketing system.

Required Skills:

Working knowledge of basic carpentry, electrical, appliances, plumbing, drywall, and grounds maintenance

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
