Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift
Pay: $31.46 per hour plus Shift Differential: $1.50 per hour
Hiring Bonus: $2500 ($750 at 90 days, $750 at 180 days, $1000 at 1 year)
Shift & Working Hours: 12-hour Shift; 5:40 PM to 6:00 AM; Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.
In this role, you'll be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing maintenance of the facility and production equipment to ensure our plants can add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You'll be responsible for the installation, ongoing maintenance, and necessary repairs for the facility and the production equipment.
