Promenade, Brighton are looking to appoint a part-time Maintenance Technician to work 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm (flexibility available and can be discussed at interview).

As Maintenance Technician you be responsible for the statutory compliance for your building, as well as managing the large commercial waste bins which are stored outside the building.
