Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages maintenance employees with a focus on engagement, accountability, and skills development.
• Plans, coordinates and supervises work through work orders in the CMMS and the issuance of various work permits.
• Participates in work prioritization in collaboration with various plant stakeholders.
• Participates in failure analysis, continuous improvement of operations, and initiates problem‑solving with work teams.
• Ensures compliance with health and safety, environmental, and sanitation programs and oversees compliance with and implementation of the quality plan (ISO, HACCP, SQF).
• Take part in performance meetings with the work team.
• Actively participates in various plant committees and the implementation of various projects.
• Approves and monitors hours worked, vacations, and schedules.
