Responsibilities

• Performs daily maintenance of the resorts electrical systems, equipment, plumbing, and painting.
• Ensure all service areas comply with safety requirements and Simbithi quality standards.
• Prioritises daily and weekly tasks according to operational needs.
• Maintains the asset register and plans for the disposal and repair of assets.
• Manages assets in line with service level guarantees and ensures the delivery of maintenance service contracts. Addresses any issues of non-delivery promptly.
• Prepares monthly payments to service providers and submits them to finance for payment after quality inspections. Follows the Simbithi purchasing and accounting standard operating procedures.
• Plans and executes preventative maintenance and refurbishments within budget.
• Conducts risk analysis and reports findings to management.
