The Maintenance Supervisor is the operational backbone of Distinction Apartments.

This is not a desk role. This is not a “call it in and check later” position.

You are responsible for the physical condition, safety, readiness, and long-term performance of the asset. Your leadership shows up in every unit turn, every inspection, and every resident interaction.

If you tolerate shortcuts or deferred maintenance, this is not the role. If you lead with urgency, precision, and pride in the asset—we want you here.
