**Position Summary**
KELLY is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations while leading and supporting the maintenance team. This role combines **hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting** with **work order management, prioritization, and team leadership** to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime. The Maintenance Supervisor works closely with the Maintenance Manager and operates independently to make sound decisions supporting plant operations.
