Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining operations of an assigned apartment community, including organization of service requests, preventative maintenance program, compliance with safety standards and customer service.

What You’ll Do:

Maintenance Supervisors will spend 60 – 70% of their time performing hands-on repairs/maintenance work, remaining time will be spent supervising associates and outside contractors and performing general management functions
