The Maintenance Superintendent oversees the maintenance programs across multiple remote workforce accommodations and camp facilities in Manitoba, Ontario, and Nunavut. This position ensures that all camp infrastructure, systems, and equipment are maintained to operational and regulatory standards through the consistent application of the company’s IMTR (Inspection, Maintenance, Testing, and Repair) plan.
