Job Purpose Ensuring the availability, reliability, and operational efficiency of production assets through managing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of equipment and systems used in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities - Support preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance plan strategies implementation defined for the Maintenance Planning department.
- Ensure traceability and compliance with work orders.
- Support operational teams with the generation/updating of preventive maintenance routines.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects related to reliability, energy efficiency and maintenance cost reduction.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports of maintenance indicators.
- Manage the weekly generation of A3 Problem Solving because of the Top Offender analysis in the areas of Starters and Alternators corresponding to the Maintenance Indicators.
