Job Overview:
The Maintenance Mechanic I is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery and mechanical / electrical equipment such as motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, production machines, boilers, pumps, liquid fillers, packaging equipment, material handling equipment, bulk delivery equipment, and blending/mixing systems. This position will primarily focus on the utilities side of maintenance.
Shift & Schedule: 3rd shift; 9:30PM-6:00AM flexibility to work OT as needed
Position Responsibilities
* Observes equipment to make sure it is operating to OEM standard or production satisfaction.
* Analyze mechanical, pneumatic, electrical problems and make repairs through adjustments, defective parts replacement, or fabrication.
* Answers maintenance calls in a timely fashion and assists others in troubleshooting.
