*Description*
Summary:
The Maintenance Mechanic will perform general maintenance repairs, general labor support and life safety inspections for all assigned equipment and facilities infrastructure to maintain a safe, secure, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing environment. Task may include but are not limited to plumbing, electric, carpentry, painting, and HVAC.
Responsibilities:
* Performs minor plumbing repairs or maintenance such as repairing plumbing fixtures and clearing clogged drains and toilets. May assist tradesman plumber with more extensive plumbing work when necessary.
* Performs minor electrical work such as replacing outlets, switches, and lamps. May assist tradesman electrician with more extensive electrical work when necessary.
