We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a well-established food manufacturing business based in Tullamarine.

This role is ideally suited to a candidate who began their career as a trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter or Electrician and has since progressed into Maintenance Supervisor, Team Leader or Management positions within manufacturing or FMCG environments.

About the role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead the site maintenance function, ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime and driving preventative maintenance strategies across the facility.

You will oversee the maintenance team while working closely with Production and Operations to support site performance, safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
