Our Client, an Automotive company, is looking for a Maintenance Group Leader for their Lansing, MI location. Responsibilities:

+ Carries out designated routine tasks, ensuring timely completion. Errors in decision-making or failure to achieve desired outcomes may result in schedule delays. Consistently meets unit targets as scheduled.

+ Offers direct supervision to a unit or team of employees. Addresses and resolves any issues faced by team members, proactively mitigates conflicts to prevent escalation, and assigns tasks while closely monitoring progress at regular intervals.
