Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary: The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the effective maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems within the shopping center. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues swiftly to ensure smooth operations and an optimal shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems as part of a 3 man team.
• Repairs: Respond promptly to maintenance requests and oversee the repair of faults and malfunctions.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all systems are in compliance with relevant health and safety standards and regulations.
