Maintenance Director (Skilled Nursing Facility)

This role is for a full-time Maintenance Director who will report to the administrator. The candidate will direct the day-to-day activities of the maintenance department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing the facility, and to assure the facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.
