Maintenance Director

We’re currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance and safety of our building, equipment, and grounds.

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Director is responsible for ensuring that the facility, including all buildings, utilities, equipment, and grounds, is safe, operational, and well-maintained in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents and staff.
