What You Will Do

• Oversee all aspects of plant maintenance, including planning and scheduling preventative maintenance tasks.
• Manage work orders and coordinate with external contractors to ensure equipment uptime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and keep equipment availability at 100%.
• Operate and update the computerized maintenance system (PRAGMA) and Oracle System.
• Introduce and enforce effective systems and controls to maximize efficiency, productivity, and security standards.
• Organize daily jobs, handling breakdowns, and provide guidance on call‑out issues.
• Conduct plant inspections, issue unplanned maintenance schedules, and issue job cards.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, company, ISO14001, and FSCC22000 requirements.
