Overview

The Maintenance Control/Crew Leader may be the sole leader and point of contact to the Government on standalone teams of fifteen (15) or less, or small teams within a team and second or third shift with fifteen (15) or less employees assigned.

Responsibilities

Principal Accountabilities:

+ Must be the leader of a field team dispatched when there is a small number of team members.

+ Is allowed to perform up to a maximum of five (5) hours per week of company-related administrative duties (i.e., time and attendance sheets and home office required reports).

+ Required to determine the scope of work by diagnosing the source of the problem, repair required, and estimating the material and manning requirements to accomplish the work.

+ The work performed by the Crew leader is distinguished by its technical complexity, difficulty, and special or unusual nature.
