Opportunity

Reporting to the Assistant Manager Maintenance & Facilities, the successful candidate will perform general and specialized maintenance and repairs to site properties and surrounding property.

Additionally, they will assist in maintaining positive public relations with vendors and contractors and all employees.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly deficiency inspections on equipment as outlined in the PM program of Facility and submit weekly task list to Facilities Supervisor, Security/Facilities Manager and General Manager.
• Perform general maintenance (fix/repair/replace) of horse stalls.
• Maintain exterior grounds of the Facility, including grass cutting, racetrack, parking lot, signage, lighting, shoveling, painting, etc.
• Prepare the Facility for special events and holidays, ensuring all required equipment and materials are on site and in working order, including set up and tear down.
