Job Type and Hours

Full time – 37.5 hours per week. Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 7.5 hours per day between 08:00 and 18:00.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and proactive repairs, including pre‑planned work from management, to required standards and within SLA deadlines.
• Ensure health and safety of self and all users of the property before, during and after work.
