Maintenance Assistant

We are recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team at De Vere Latimer Estate in Chesham. 

As a Maintenance Assistant you will work as part of the maintenance team responsible for making sure the property is kept to a high standard. The role will cover both reactive and planned preventative work and will also involve compliance work including property audits and recording important data such as meter readings.

This is a full-time role which involves working between 8:30- 5:30pm and 11am - 8:30pm with weekends on a rota basis.
