Description

Cape Smokey is developing a major year‑round resort and ski hill featuring the first gondola in Atlantic Canada, a 16‑run ski hill (with additional runs being added), a restaurant, microbrewery, and a treewalk. The Maintenance and Operations Manager will oversee the overall operations and maintenance of the ski hill.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures for the operation of the ski hill.
• Prepare budgets for the ski hill and monitor revenues and expenses.
• Plan, organize, and direct maintenance services for the ski hill.
