Position Overview
Job Summary:
- Mainframe Architect with expertise in z/OS System Administration, Production Control, Scheduling, Storage, Network, DB2, IMS, CICS, MQ, WAS, RACF, Performance & Capacity Management, and Automation.
- Highly skilled in z/OS System Architecture with IODF/IOCP expertise.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain IBM z/OS operating system and associated system software such as SMP/E, JES2, RACF, and SMF.
- Strong understanding of Production Control and Scheduling with experience in IWS (TWS) & JOBTRAC tools.
- Deep knowledge of IBM Z architecture, workload management (WLM), performance tuning, and system-level debugging.
- Expertise in z/OS version upgrades and z/OS MF.
- Experience with VTS and hardware upgrades.
