3+Month Contract

Provides operational support in high-volume copying, document imaging, and mail services. Operates mail and shipping systems, prepares documents, and supports daily office and facility functions. Role requires multitasking, quick learning, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with significant physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume copiers, scanners, and document imaging systems; perform binding and finishing


• Process, sort, and distribute up to 4000 pieces of mail daily; prep mail for scanning


• Apply postage using Pitney Bowes machine; create shipping labels (Client, FedEx, USPS)
