Required Skills and Experience

6+ years of experience in endpoint management, device administration, desktop engineering, or a related IT operations role.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Jamf Pro and Jamf Connect.
Strong knowledge of macOS configuration, deployment, security policies, and troubleshooting.
Experience managing iOS and iPadOS devices through Intune or similar MDM solutions.
Experience creating configuration payloads, enrollment profiles, compliance policies, and device restrictions.
Experience packaging software using Jamf Composer or similar packaging tools.
Scripting experience with shell, Python, or similar languages for macOS automation and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, including device management, app assignment, MDM configuration, and device release processes.
