Job Description
A client is hiring 4 Machining Production Group Leads (1st, (2) 2nd, and 3rd shift) - you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the machining production line. Your day will start with reviewing timekeeping records to ensure adequate manpower for the day. You will monitor hourly production counts to ensure targets are met and collaborate with skilled trades or engineers to keep equipment running efficiently. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 19-25 people hourly associates holding employees accountable and ensuring they meet performance standards. Additionally, you will oversee the quality of the product by ensuring that all quality checks are performed consistently. Your role is vital in maintaining high standards of quality and keeping the production line running smoothly and efficiently.
