Duties of the Machining Manager:

Ensure production levels meet customer needs, with safety and quality standards achieved along the way
Lead, train, and develop machinist and production employees
Develop and monitor KPIs and production tracking in order to find areas of improvement
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste
Determine production issues and implement corrective actions
