Description
Title: CNC Machine Maintenance Technician - Mini Shift We are offering a $5,000.00 Sign on Bonus Key Accountabilities: Monitor, troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components of the machines.Monitor, troubleshoot and repair of Knoll cooling lubricant tanks and MTM washing machines (cleaning and refilling if necessary). Including machining and facility equipment and fluids.Monitor and ordering of bulk Nitrogen. Monitor and repair transfer tanks.Documentation of malfunctions and the measures taken of used spare parts.Coordinate training and provide coaching to less senior technicians. Coordinate services and schedules with original equipment manufacturers and other suppliers.Complete spare parts and material management (Use, stocking, ordering, and insourcing).Repair of failed components: Pumps, valves, sensors, motors etc. Implement, lead, sched...
