Monday thru Friday; 40 hours week
Perform a variety of duties required to operate machines and maintain the work area in a neat, orderly and clean condition.Stocking the machines and removal of finished parts.Performing specified quality assurance operations. This includes use of various measuring instruments and gages.Assuring that all parts moved from machines are correctly identified as to lot number, count and conformance to specifications of blue prints, gauges and function.Maintaining lubricants and coolants for each assigned machine.Assisting in the continued function of all scheduled machines when other Operators are on break or engaged in repair of machines.Remove or install tooling, covers, etc. under supervision of Toolsetters.Leave machine well stocked for following shift.Report any problems, difficulties, or unusual circumstances to the Toolmaker, Toolsett...
