We are hiring Machine Operators (Winders) to support coil production in a light industrial manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for winding electrical coils to precise specifications, operating coil winding equipment, and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production output.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements


• Set up and adjust winding machines to meet product tolerances


• Operate coil winding equipment (bench lathes, Bachi, Broomfield, hand winders)
