**Job Description**

The Mechanical Operator sets up, operates, and monitors packaging and production equipment on a designated manufacturing line. This role focuses on operating machinery such as cutters, presses, and packaging equipment, performing changeovers and basic mechanical adjustments, and supporting maintenance activities. The Mechanical Operator ensures batches run efficiently and safely from start to finish, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, quality, and documentation.
