Position Overview

  We're looking for a hands-on, mechanically skilled Production Operator to take ownership of one of our key production lines. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with machinery adjusting, fine-tuning, and keeping it running at its best. The right person will take pride in understanding how their equipment works and making small mechanical improvements that keep production efficient and consistent.
  What You'll Do:
  Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment including troubleshooting jams, leaks, alignment issues, and other mechanical faults.
  Perform changeovers, part replacements, and minor mechanical repairs to keep the line running smoothly.
  Conduct daily mechanical checks, lubrication, and cleaning to prevent downtime.
  Work closely with Maintenance and Quality teams to resolve recurring mechanical issues.
