**Machine Operator**

**Position Overview**

This position is responsible for operating and monitoring food production equipment in a high-volume tortilla manufacturing environment. The Machine Operator plays a critical role in ensuring production runs efficiently, product specifications are met, and all food safety standards are consistently followed.

This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to perform physical tasks throughout the entire shift, and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-temperature production setting.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Operate production machinery, including mixers and the front end of tortilla production lines, in a safe and efficient manner
+ Start up equipment at the beginning of each shift and verify proper operation; promptly report any issues to maintenance or leadership
