**Machine Operator | $18–$21/Hour**

1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Openings

**🔧 What You’ll Do**

+ Operate fabrication machines for grinding, polishing, drilling, deburring, measuring, and light assembly
+ Load materials, run machines, and offload finished parts
+ Inspect parts and verify quality using measuring tools
+ Perform basic assembly when needed
+ Handle sheet metal and materials safely and efficiently
+ Use tape measures and tools to confirm dimensions and tolerances
+ Support production while maintaining a clean, organized workspace

**✅ What You Bring**

+ 6+ months of machine operating experience
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
+ Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
+ Experience in fabrication or production environments
+ Basic understanding of sheet metal and fabrication processes
+ Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent quality
