Operate paper converting machinery Set up, adjust, and monitor machines to ensure quality and efficiencyCarry out routine checks and basic maintenancePerform quality inspections to ensure products meet specificationFollow all health & safety and operational proceduresSupport continuous improvement and housekeeping standardsPrevious experience in paper converting, packaging, or manufacturing preferredAbility to operate and troubleshoot production machineryGood attention to detail and quality awarenessReliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
