Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, prepare, and operate CNC Press Brake / bending machines according to production requirements and engineering specificationsPerform machine adjustments and tooling setup to ensure accurate bending and fabrication processesProduce precision metal parts and components based on technical drawings and production schedulesVerify conformance of finished workpieces to specifications using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and MicrometerConduct quality inspection checks to ensure products meet company and customer standardsRead, interpret, and understand mechanical engineering drawings, dimensions, and technical instructions accuratelyResponsible for day-to-day operational activities relating to CNC bending machines and fabrication processesMonitor machine performance and report any machine abnormalities, defects, or maintenance requirements to the supervisorEnsu...
