**Location:** Appleton, WI
**Pay:** $18–$22/hour (based on experience and shift)
**Shifts:** AM & PM shifts available, including 10-hour and 12-hour schedules

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Machine Operator** to join their production team. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient operations, high-quality output, and a safe work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Operate production equipment such as **sheeters, shrink tunnels, and printing presses**
+ Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to meet production and quality standards
+ Perform **quality checks** and identify/report defects or issues
+ Assist with **machine setup, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance**
