Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain CNC production machines and facility equipment according to OEM instruction and production needs.

Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, machine geometry alignments, spindle inspection/replacement, ballscrew inspection, Bearing preload settings, High Pressure coolant system adjustments, and general component diagnosis and repair.

Perform electrical and electronical troubleshooting such as spindle/axis servo tuning, servo amplifier replacement and programing, single and three phase power supplies, low voltage control wiring, overload protection resetting, AC/DC motor inspection and troubleshooting.

Set up work with variety of vendors, contractors, and outside technicians, as well with other members of our internal Maintenance department
