The ideal candidate will have substantial experience advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, strategic investments, and other complex corporate transactions. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with private and public companies, private equity sponsors, venture capital firms, founders, and strategic investors on high-value domestic and cross-border transactions.
