M&A Associate (4–7 Years) - Philadelphia or New York

A leading global law firm is seeking experienced M&A associates to join its Corporate & Securities team in New York or Philadelphia. This role offers early, meaningful client interaction and hands-on responsibility on sophisticated, high-value transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Work on complex M&A and private equity transactions for buyers, sellers, and advisors
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documents
• Play a central role on deal teams, managing diligence through closing
• Advise on both legal and commercial aspects of transactions

Qualifications:

• 4–7 years of M&A experience at a major law firm
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage key aspects of transactions
