Job Description

We are looking for a  Mixer 4 Helper  on  2nd shift  in our adhesives plant in  Carlisle, PA . The plant will be going to a 24/7 shift structure in January 2025, and 12 hour shifts. The M4 Helper assists in packaging a variety of sealants and caulks in cartridges, 1-gallon cans, 5-gallon pails, or 55-gallon drums. At times the M4 Helper must be able to operate the Prosys and Serpa independently, while the unit operator is mixing a batch or blending Indopol. The M4 Helper position assists in cleanout of the mixer and hold tank, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the Prosys cartridge filler and Serpa Packer to meet 5S requirements.
