M365 Modern Workplace Senior Administrator

Role Overview

The M365 Senior Administrator is responsible for the design, delivery, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Microsoft 365 solutions across the enterprise. This position acts as a technical authority and strategic advisor, driving platform evolution, governance maturity, and modern workplace innovation. This role combines hands-on platform administration with architectural leadership, ensuring services are secure, scalable, and aligned with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid M365 solutions, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform.

Own the end-to-end lifecycle and roadmap for M365 services, aligning platform capabilities to business and IT strategy.
