Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications and internal platforms
Build and enhance CRM/CMS functionalities for citizen feedback management systems
Develop responsive frontend applications using React and TypeScript
Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js
Design and maintain MySQL databases, including schema optimisation and query performance tuning
Integrate systems and services across multiple government platforms and channels
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities
Troubleshoot application issues, debug defects, and ensure system reliability and performance
Maintain clean, scalable, and reusable code following engineering best practices
