Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement test strategies that align with ISG QA standards while ensuring compliance with documentation requirements and evidence capture practices
- Define test scope, objectives, success criteria, and quality gates with stakeholders
- Plan and manage the transition roadmap from manual testing to automation, including tool adoption (such as Tosca, Playwright, or equivalent) and potential cloud integration
- Manage and coach the testing team by providing technical leadership, coaching, and performance feedback, while allocating resources effectively across projects.
- Communicate test status, quality metrics, risks, and recommendations clearly.
- Establish best practices and enforce testing methodologies across the team.
