This is a 24-hour County-owned Restorative Transformation Center (RTC), Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) (also referred to as RTC/MHRC) specializing in serving people who have been identified as being Incompetent to Stand Trial (IST) or are otherwise court ordered to treatment at this level of care.
