" Shift hours/Contract Length: 4x12 1900p-0700a / 13 weeks

" Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend

" Charting: EPIC experience required

" RTO/Block & Special Scheduling Requests: Must submit requests upon submission. May not adjust RTO after offer.

" Call off Policy: The client may cancel (call off) up to three shifts during a 13-week contract period without incurring charges for the canceled hours.

" Vacation Requirement: Must be available to work every other vacation, if needed
